The Aqua Balloon has outstanding gloss, resilience, and expand-ability, and becomes an almost perfect sphere when inflated. These perfectly clear balloons are made by Pioneer the makers of Qualatex. The film surface retains transparency without clouding over hardly at all; it is extremely soft and pleasant to touch, and it doesn't easily leak air even when tied by hand. A rubber balloon can be inserted into the Aqua Balloon to prevent degradation of the rubber balloon. Inserted rubber balloons start to deflate after a certain period. The Aqua Balloon can be sealed by using a heat sealer from above the cover film; hence it can be used in displays and also as a small wrapping balloon.
